1. Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a notification with your tracking code as soon as the package leaves our warehouse.

  • Cost: ALWAYS FREE

  • Delivery Time: 24-72 Hours (Express Courier)

🇪🇺 Europe (EU)

  • Orders over €60.00: FREE

  • Orders under €60.00: €12.90

  • Delivery Time: 3-5 Business days

🌎 Rest of the World

  • Orders over €200.00: FREE

  • Orders from €50.00 to €199.99: €11.90

  • Orders under €50.00: €14.90

  • Delivery Time: 5-10 Business days (depending on customs)

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a Tracking Number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your shipment in real-time.

4. Customs & Duties (Non-EU Orders)

For orders shipped outside the European Union, custom duties and taxes are not included in the total price. Any import duties, taxes, or fees charged by your local customs authority are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Wrong Address & Failed Delivery
